Vivian Beach, Coron Islands 2015

After being amazed with the natural wonders of a marine park and the two gorgeous lakes of Coron, we went on our way to go to our fourth (4th) destination, the Vivian Beach.

(The stunning view of Vivian Beach)

Vivian beach is a privately owned island, that's why, just like in the other islands of Coron, they're also collecting 100 pesos per person as an entrance fee. I don't know why the beach was called Vivian, i am just guessing that it's named after its owner.

The island has a beautiful small strip of white sand beach and the island also has clean and clear waters.

(We were the second group to arrive at the island)
There's actually nothing much to see underwater as the area only has sand and sea grass and there's no corals in there, that's why this place is not known as a good snorkeling spot. However, it's a perfect spot for picnic lunch stopovers. It's actually one of the famous areas in Coron Islands where the island hoppers stop by to have their lunch.

There are also a number of cottages in there which you could use, and you could use them for free. Dapat lang naman 'no, you already paid for an entrance fee of 100 pesos per person and i think that's more than enough for you to be able to use their amenities for free.

As i have mentioned a while ago, this island is a famous lunch stopover spot. Our boatmen were actually the ones who suggested that we take our lunch here, so we just agreed. The place is nice and it's also clean, the cottages are also well maintained. So, it's okay that we had our lunch there.

So, as our boat docked at the beach, we hurried down to check it out.

Me and my little cousin, Henrielle, took some photos before we head out to the water to swim.

While we were enjoying ourselves swimming, our boatmen were busy preparing lunch.

And when it was already lunch time, delicious seafood dishes were served at the table. Check 'em out.

Kudos to our boatmen who prepared our scrumptious lunch for the day! We were inviting our boatmen to join us for lunch, but they resisted. We had several attempts to invite them but they politely declined our offer as they were not allowed to have lunch with the guests. They strictly follow the rules there. We just decided to give them some grilled fish and finally, they accepted it.

What a feast! The food was delicious! I really appreciated the effort they put into cooking the meal. I was also amazed with the talent of the boatmen in cooking and I'd also like to give credits to the local government of Coron for having successfully trained all the tour operators and the boatmen on how to take good care of their guests.

After a tummy-filling lunch, we rested for a while and then we proceeded to our next destination.

(So busog Henrielle, excited to go to our next island destination)

We're off to see Coron Island's Twin Lagoon. See you on my next article (about Twin Lagoon).
